Finalization & Cancellation Policy
Please note that all orders must be finalized by the end of the day, as our tailors begin cutting the fabric early the following morning. Because we use only the finest European fabrics, each yard is of significant value. Once the fabric is cut to your measurements, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds. However, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to speak with one of our clothiers if you have any concerns.
Our Fit Promise
At ABR Tailors & Suits, we are committed to delivering garments that fit you perfectly. If your custom-made suit does not meet your fit expectations, contact our Customer Support Team within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to make it right through alterations or, if necessary, a remake.
Return Policy for Custom Orders
Each custom garment is individually crafted based on your measurements and design choices, so we do not offer refunds on custom orders. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand by the quality of our work.
For any concerns related to the quality or craftsmanship of your custom garment, please reach out within 10 days. You may also visit one of our showrooms for personalized assistance. We offer a complimentary first alteration to adjust the fit, and if further adjustments are needed, a remake will be provided to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return & Refund Policy for Ready-to-Wear Collection
For our Ready-to-Wear Collection, we provide returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and have all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support Team, and we’ll guide you through the process.
